So I'm not completely sold on Twitter. I mean, do I really need to know what's happening every minute of the day with one of my friends or business colleagues. Maybe too much info.
Now, there are some companies that are using Twitter in really clever ways. Such as Dell, which has essentially leveraged the platform as a sort of clearing outlet:

Really, really smart.
But I know many, many folks who don't even understand what twitter does. they've heard about it, read about it, know everyone is talking about it, but don't understand it.
